Some things happen and life can never be the same afterwards. I walk with people in who are experiencing grief/loss, chronic or life-threatening illness, and end-of-life care, and I support the caregivers who share that journey.

My approach to therapy is warm-hearted compassion and acceptance for all the thoughts and emotions you feel in your own process. I recognize that this process often includes anxiety, grief, and questions about everything you've known and believed to this point.

I am a licensed professional counselor who has lived with anticipatory grief, provided long-term caregiving support to a loved one with a life-threatening illness, and the loss of my partner to cancer far too early. I know that sometimes relief comes simply from sitting with a caring person and knowing that you do not walk alone.
