Great to meet you!

As a Ph.D. trained Clinical Psychologist, I have the highest level of training in the mental health field. Over 25-years of clinical experience informs the care you receive. I am versed in a wide range of problems and conditions such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I served over twenty-years as an Active Duty military psychologist and have the expertise to treat and resolve trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

A bit about my approach to therapy

Your unique experiences and needs have led you to seek help. I'm here to first understand how you arrived at this point and then develop, with you, a plan to reach your goals. I employ evidence based interventions designed specifically to meet these goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Fostering curiosity, inspiring hope and developing a concrete path for success are the foundational elements of your therapy. Understanding how you're mind works and how that leads to your feelings and behaviors develops a belief that change and improvement are possible. From this belief we work together towards reaching your treatment goals.
