Great to meet you!

Therapy is not easy, but I will do all I can to help create an environment that will promote healing and growth. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and work through those root causes. Each person is unique in themselves so I work with each of my clients to develop a plan that is person-centered and based on your goals. I supply resources and interventions to facilitate your ability to successfully achieve your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I love learning and am passionate about the counseling field so I am continually learning new ways in which I can enhance my clinical skills. I have taken courses on the Gottman Method, imago therapy, DBT, and ACT. Through education and consultation, we learn together and grow together. I utilize a person-centered approach and meet the client where they are in need of counseling. Addressing each person's personal goals and objectives.

What you can expect from our first session

Each client is on their own personal journey in healing and growth. What you can expect to take away from sessions are tools and strategies to help you reach your goals and objectives in treatment. How to manage and cope with mental health challenges, interpersonal relationship communication and skills, healthy emotion regulation skills, and a safe place to share your thoughts and feelings and explore and resolve the things that are preventing you from living the life you desire and deserve.
