About Me

I am eager to help you build a deeper connection with yourself, empower yourself, and love yourself so you can live your most fulfilling life. My style is interpersonal, strengths based, and ego supportive. In our sessions, you can expect that I will be attuned, supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental. We will work collaboratively, as no one knows you better than yourself! Life can be filled with so much stress, and so many obstacles, it can be overwhelming. I am here to help. In our work together we can look at the dynamics at play in your life to help you gain insight and help you be more equipped to tackle life challenges.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I currently am in a Postgraduate program studying Psychoanalysis at Adelphi University, where I serve on the Executive Board. I also am board certified in Tele-Mental Health, and have my CASAC-T. I have been trained through IAPMD, and specialize in women's health issues, particularly PMDD, and PME.

I received my BA in Psychology from Western New England University. I received my Master’s degree from New York University, focusing my study abroad in France on International Perspectives on Depression, Mental Disorder, and Psychiatric Epidemiology. I provide individual psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults, and tailor each treatment to my patient’s needs.
