Nobody learned in school how to build and maintain a healthy adult relationship. Online Therapy with me will focus on helping you learn and practice the skills needed to feel happy and safe in a loving relationship. I understand and appreciate, firsthand, the challenges couples and parents face and offer online sessions to maximize flexible scheduling. Daytime and Evening sessions available! Recognition that we are stronger when we are connected in intimate relationships is what guides my life and practice as a Therapist. For couples and parents to grow their intimacy, communication, and trust there must be self-reflection, empathy, and vulnerability (bravery). We will work together to build the skills necessary to lessen anxiety, communicate more clearly, and feel better. You will leave every session with skills to practice to address your unique challenges.
