Great to meet you!

My compassionate interest in you is informed by decades of psychotherapy, yoga and meditation practice exploring body, mind and breath. I bring over 30 years of practice in self archaeology to support your process of self discovery. In our work together we explore your relationship with body, mind, spirit and interconnections with others. Together we discover how your past informs the present and create new opportunities to support conscious realization of your ideal life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Psychotherapy with adults and couples is my primary practice. I have experience working with people in a broad variety of occupations and stages of life to address relationships, anxiety, depression, life changes, BIPOC and LGBTQ concerns. Couples work is another process where together we explore and grow communication skills such as listening and being heard.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we explore awareness to support your physical, emotional and spiritual well being. Experiences in your life, your body and in our therapy relationship are used to gain clarity in generating choices that serve you. Authenticity, curiosity, sensitivity and responsiveness to each other informs our work. We will explore embodied awareness facilitating discovery of archaic patterns, beliefs and perceptions that have served your body, mind and spirit in the past but may no longer be viable.
