I have an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from the University of Florida with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling from the highly ranked University of Florida Counselor Education Program. I use a person-centered approach and solution-focused methodology.

I offer individual counseling as well as group psychotherapy dealing with issues ranging from deep depression and anxiety to improving relationships and communication. Through our collaborative relationship, I help illuminate the issues at hand and guide you through them. It's a working relationship.
