I am Danay Sanchez, a licensed psychotherapist specializing in women’s mental health, relationship issues, depression, ADHD, and Postpartum/Maternity. I have helped countless individuals learn coping skills to recover from depression, anxiety, and stress related issues as well as helping them work through life transitions (career changes, divorce, loss, issues, ect).
