Great to meet you!

I seek to serve a diverse population of clients 15 years of age and older with specific experience in areas of anxiety, depression, developing coping skills, life stressors and transitions, behavioral issues, divorce, anger management, and substance abuse. No issues are too big or too small to discuss in therapy. Let me join you on your journey reminding you that you're not alone and it is not too late to see the changes you want. We can develop a plan and figure it out together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Clients typically reach out to me when they are feeling overwhelmed by life and feel something needs to change. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I encourage patients to explore their personal reasons for wanting change in their lives. Together we identify goals that will inspire those changes. This allows for a collaborative relationship in which the patient is directly involved in their treatment and goal setting.

What you can expect from our first session

I use an Eclectic Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach to counseling, adapting to the needs of my clients. Through personalized treatment goals and plans I will assist you in developing skills for positive coping, assertiveness, boundary setting, anger, stress, and time management. Development of these skills help clients to no longer feel overwhelmed by life stressors instead they're able to manage them effectively.
