Great to meet you!

I utilize an evidenced-based holistic approach with the patient's concerns being front and center. If medications are to be used, then it is priority to ensure that the most benefit is provided, with the least amount of medication onboard. The most important tool a provider can use is simply listening. We are all seeking that "better space for mental well being, and I strive in helping people move closer on this journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Dale specializes in anxiety, depression, bipolar, sleep issues, alcohol use disorder, difficulty with removing benzodiazepines, and also child behaviors including oppositional defiant disorder, disruptive mood disregulation disorders. In network with most major health insurances.

Dale uses a person centered approach while working with his clients. He spends time getting to know his patients and provides more than just medication/prescriptions.

What you can expect from our first session
