About Me

Hello!

Through confidential video counseling, I can help you feel the freedom of no longer being bound by crippling anxiety, fear, stress, depression, and patterns of behavior that contribute to conflict and misunderstanding. I specialize in helping adults move from anxiety to security by teaching ways to release the grip these feelings, thoughts, and old patterns of behavior can hold.

I offer a variety of services to help you thrive in work and life; alcohol recovery & relapse prevention; family/friends recovery support, coaching and education; groups focused on relaxation/anti-anxiety, and extended individual sessions are just a few. I am passionate about teaching mind-body practices as an adjunct to traditional talk therapy, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and/or Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

Together in therapy, using a holistic wellness approach, we will work towards replacing anxiety with calmness; we will rebuild your confidence while fostering new tools and techniques to help you get unstuck, create positive change, and reclaim the life you want to live.

The first step is to email me to schedule a free 15-minute phone call. During that time I would like to hear what you would like help with, and then if we feel we’d be a good match, we can determine if our schedules align and plan a virtual introductory meeting (or call if preferred).

Due to licensing constraints, I can only work with NY or CT residents.
