A mutual development of goals for therapy and emphasizing an integrative, dynamic and holistic approach to support recovery. A blend of solution focused, narrative therapy, Cognitive processing therapy and reprocessing therapy, somatic experiencing therapy, and psychoeducation to empower patients.
