Great to meet you!

A quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson always resonated with me, “All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better", and also Khalil Gibran who said, "Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls, the most massive characters are seared with scars." Therapy is a shared search for finding the best way for you to be you and to have the best life, and I enjoy helping people along the way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked with survivors of trauma for over 30 years, along with those experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress-management issues, low self-esteem, body image issues, and physical trauma. My approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, support, and helping you find the most effective coping skills.

What you can expect from our first session

We all deserve a safe space to turn off our editor, speak freely, and talk about our concerns. My goal is to empower clients by identifying internal strengths, overcoming inappropriate guilt and shame, challenging negative beliefs and replacing those with a more positive self image. This will result in a happier and more effective you.
