​My therapeutic approach is primarily Somatic Experiencing. I have over 5 years in working with trauma survivors of various types and forms of trauma. I specialize in helping adults and teens who are suffering from problematic sexual behavior. I also enjoy helping those who have suffered narcissistic (emotional) abuse. I spent my early years out of school working with clients battling chemical addiction behaviors.

I help clients learn how to be resourced or grounded while sharing their stories. Anything a client has learned in prior therapies or approaches is welcomed and affirmed. I believe its important for client's themselves to learn how to validate their own sensations, emotions, and beliefs and my role is to be your guide.

Clients can expect to come away with more body awareness, a better ability to ground themselves and feel empowered.
