I have experience providing therapy to children aged 5-18 across the spectrum of nuerodivergence, including kids with diagnoses of ADHD, ODD, depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, and dealing with attachment issues, severe trauma histories, safety issues, substance use, etc. I'm acutely aware of the challenges that kids and families deal with in school settings, and how to navigate general and special education settings to gain what's best for students and their families.

I work with children and teens to reflect on how their thinking and emotional patterns affect behavior. My therapy draws from various sources: I use a DIR and person-centered therapy perspective with my clients, and equip kids and young adults with mindfulness and CBT strategies in a style that is both warm and goal-oriented.

Clients can expect to form a personal connection and trusting therapeutic alliance with me. Children and young adults I work with have the opportunity to explore their emotions and experiences in a safe but brave space. Clients will focus on clear specific goals, and motivation to change will be harnessed.
