Great to meet you!

Hey there, my name is Colin. I have a strong desire and passion to assist others along their journey of healing. I use an integrated approach and provide a safe space that allows you to be the architect of your own journey. I have a strong background in Gender affirmative services, family systems, and I am strong believer that each of us has the power and capability to change our brain patterns to live a healthier, happier life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a humanistic, integrated approach, using evidenced based techniques such as Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Emotional Freedom Technique, which helps connect the mind and body in a way that allows for us to release stress-related issues. I am a gender affirming, trauma informed, experiential, attachment, and systemic based therapist.

What you can expect from our first session

I want to acknowledge that it takes courage, & the ability to honor yourself by seeking a path of raising your level of consciousness towards a more enlightened path. Life can be hard and often with hard, this can create opportunity for growth. If you are you are open to finding your most authentic self, I would love the chance to be a stepping stone on your journey.
