My name is Colin Bergeson, and I am an LCSW. After graduating, I worked in crisis intervention in a variety of settings. I specialize in anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, and navigating major life transitions.

I recently moved back to Eastern North Carolina with my wife, our 3-year-old son, and our 12-year-old dog. When I am not working, I enjoy going for walks with our son and dog, playing disc golf, and completing projects for our home.

I believe we are all unique in our own circumstances. I do not believe a one size fits all approach works and I use a variety of treatment approaches to find the right fit for you.

Life can be difficult without adding any of the "extra" stress life throws at you. I hope to provide a safe space for you to be able to explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships with yourself and others.
