Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Christine! I work with people struggling with self-esteem, big life changes, anxiety, and depression. I've completed training with all kinds of populations and settings - from little kids to families to grownups and elders - and now I'm in private practice focusing on working with individual adults. I've had many jobs and found connection with many different kinds of people and my life and work experiences also inform my approach to therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a personalized approach to every client's care, but my favorite ways to do therapy always include looking at how our past impacts our present and how we came to be who we are. I think it's important to get to know you, how you think, and what you value, to design a treatment plan that is resonant for you and helps you achieve your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I strongly believe there's no one "right" way to be human, so my goal for every client is to help them know and accept themselves in order to find a real, sustainable path to becoming the kind of person they want to be and living a rich and meaningful life according to their own goals and values. I'm active and engaged in my work and you can expect to be supported a lot and also challenged a little (or a lot if you want!) when we meet.
