Great to meet you!

I have a Masters degree in Social Work from Columbia University in NYC. I have been in private practice for 15 years working with adults, adolescents and children with a myriad of psychological stressors and psychiatric diagnosis.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The focus of treatment is always client center and strengths based. I use an integrative approach, drawing primarily from cognitive-behavioral, person-centered and strengths based theories. Collaboratively, treatment goals and pathways to change will be explored and tailored based on individual needs and desired outcomes.

What you can expect from our first session

Deciding to start psychotherapy is often a difficult choice that involves trusting someone you have not yet met. My priority is to provide a safe, comfortable space for clients to tell their story and discover the skills to manage day to day stressors and feel empowered.
