Being a therapist has been my dream since I was a child and watched Fraiser on television. The specifics took shape over time, but I've always wanted to help others find freedom in who they are. I received my Master's Degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2011 and have continued training with a focus on anxiety, trauma and relationship issues ever since. I love helping women align with their purpose to live a life of freedom and fulfillment.

I have an eclectic approach that allows for meeting each client where they are. The more we know who we are and learn self-compassion, we can live into our purpose and break free of those patterns that just do not work. This is a journey, but one you do not have to do alone.

My goal is to provide a space where you can be heard and feel supported to find your way to your own goals. We will work together to identify where you want to be and what steps are needed to get there. I will support you along the way in session and with things to focus on between sessions. Change happens one day at a time.
