My journey into the helping profession began over 20 years ago, when I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences. In 2012, I went into private practice as a therapist in a rural community in Central Texas. I’ve been a solo practitioner for about 10 years and work primarily with individual adults, but also with older adolescents, couples and families.

My approach to facilitating growth and healing is collaborative. You are always the author of your story, the expert on your life, and the creator of your goals and dreams. My focus is helping you see your life from a fresh perspective, unearth new choices you might not have considered, and embrace your strengths.

Together, we can work to make a way forward to recovery, resilience and hope. I often work from a Christian perspective specifically for individuals and couples who have a preference for faith-based counseling. An issue very close to my heart is helping families and caregivers of persons on the autism spectrum.
