Family Issues and Stress

Great to meet you!

I truly believe that each person deserves a chance to be heard and take back their role as the author of their story. My motto is that “Your past & circumstances only define you if you allow them too.” I want to help clients take control of their story and what defines them.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Solution-Focused Therapy and CBT are the most common approaches I use with clients. However, I have experience in numerous other approaches and will tailor my approach as needed to meet the individual needs of each client/couple.

What you can expect from our first session

I specialize in working with young adults, couples and parents who are feeling overwhelmed, unappreciated, unmotivated and lost. I help cients relieve stress, conflict and communication issues by walking you through how to problem solve, set boundaries and find who you are. This is not a job to me, it is a calling. I have a total of over 20 years experience in working with individuals and their needs. I humbly look forward to helping more, hopefully you!
