I guide clients in addressing mental health, relationship, and career challenges. I embrace working with a diverse clientele and I learn so much from my clients. My educational background: I have a BA in Psychology-minor in Family and Child Studies, MA in Counseling Psychology, an MA and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and a graduate-level Certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling. I am an LPC and LCDC in Texas. National Board-Certified as a Master Addictions Counselor (MAC).

My style is conversational and interactive while incorporating various therapeutic techniques.I provide a comfortable & safe space to empower my clients in processing & resolving their concerns.I tailor my work to each client's unique needs.Therapies integrated in my practice not listed above include:Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused,& Adlerian Approaches.Experience working in inpatient, crisis stabilization,community mental health,addiction & trauma centers has broadened my knowledge.
