Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health practitioner with a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. I have been in assisting individuals, couples and families to reach their goals successfully for over 20 years- Holistic Wellness Consulting, my practice. Additionally, I am a certified Supreme Court Family Mediator. My areas of clinical specialization include treatment for depression, stress management/anxiety, family & couple issues, reunification, coparenting & relational issues and divorce mediation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice with a Holistic approach, promoting wellness in body, mind and spirit using Cognitive/Behavioral techniques.I work with many professional clients via telephone and video conferencing throughout Florida.

What you can expect from our first session

YOU can COUNT on ME to listen with empathy, NOT judgement.I will be your guide to help you meet your therapeutic goals, but you will remain the director of your life. I will empower you with cognitive tools that will enable you to actively move toward your goals. If you choose, you will become especially mindful and be better able to manage your mood instead of your mood managing you.
