A bit about my approach to therapy

The types of therapy I offer include Attachment-Based, Coaching, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Feminist, Grief Support Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Therapy. I have experience working with communities such as LGBT+, BIPOC, non-binary, single mothers, and those struggling with addiction.

What you can expect from our first session

My ideal client would like to resolve these issues by empowering themselves to learn how to counter negative thoughts, regulate emotions, tolerate moments of distress, communicate effectively, and mindfully stay within the present moment. My ideal client would like to learn these skills in order to manifest their ideal life and be the best version of themselves.
