I am dedicated to helping people get through the tough times. I am here to provide acceptance and encouragement for you to grow and change. I have a special interest in assisting Veterans and other individuals who have experienced past traumatic events. Other interests include drug and alcohol addictions, depression, relationships, grief, chemical dependency, mental illness, premarital and marriage counseling.

I have 14 years of experience providing counseling services to children, families, and adults in diverse settings. My counseling experience includes: Health Coaching, Youth and Adult Intensive Outpatient services, School Mental Health Counseling, Dual Diagnosis Programs, Individual and Group Therapy, and Addictions Counseling.
