Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Charlie. I'm a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist with over 8 years of experience. I enjoy working with individuals 18 and up. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with substance use and enjoy working with clients on managing anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues in regards to being single or becoming a better partner. I received my BA in Experimental Psychology and my Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of South Carolina.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a down-to-earth approach to meet clients where they’re at and address life issues. I understand that therapy can be an intimidating and overwhelming process to start, so I try not to overcomplicate things and meet clients on a human level. I incorporate Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior, and Solution Focused into the therapy process.

What you can expect from our first session

When working with me, you can expect someone relatable, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. My main goal is for you to win and I'll do all I can to make that happen!
