Great to meet you!

I am a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist, in the field for 10 yrs.

Currently I am partnering with people 18 yrs. of age and up to begin the journey through their unique experiences. Each person’s journey merits an individualized approach. Initially, you will complete an assessment once this step is done if we choose to work

together we will become partners on your therapeutic journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe the therapeutic alliance plays an important role in one’s overall progress for this to materialize honesty, respect and support are essential. Also of importance, is the desire for long-lasting significant change. These changes take place through candid dialogue and commitment to the process. I am open to your input and value your feedback as we foster an environment that supports you in your healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Utilizing eclectic approach, evidence-based practices I will assist you, your partner, and/or family with exploration of the challenges that occur as we navigate through this journey called life.

As your therapist, I am here to objectively support you down a healing path. It’s important that people who are impacted by mental health issues know their feelings are valid and someone is here to ensure they are heard and processed in a healthy way.
