Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma related disorders, as well as relationship and life stage challenges. I specialize in work with people experiencing chronic pain and illness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative. I show up for my clients with compassion and curiosity in order to create a space in which, together, we can gain a deeper understanding of who you are, the way you work, challenges you face, and strengths you possess.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that the more we understand ourselves and the stories that inform our experiences, the more empowered we are to make intentional choices that move us towards a more connected and satisfying life. I utilize my training in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the Metropolitan Institute for Training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, family systems therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the family, and CBT as indicated based on my client’s unique needs.
