Great to meet you!

I am a queer, disabled, cis woman of white and indigenous descent, deeply familiar with navigating life's complexities as a disabled person. Often, nondisabled therapists either overemphasize or underplay disability’s impact. Working with me, we'll find the right balance for you, focusing on what truly matters—be it disability, queer issues, or something entirely different. You’ll have a space where you're understood without needing to explain your identity first.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic and relational, deeply enriched by intersectionality and rooted in disability justice. I value a kind, open-minded, and non-judgmental environment, recognizing humor's role in healing. This framework allows us to explore how past influences and unconscious dynamics shape your present, providing a space where every aspect of your identity is acknowledged and respected.

What you can expect from our first session

In therapy with me, you'll delve into your past to understand how it shapes your present, developing strategies to cope with life's challenges. We'll empower you to navigate your identity and relationships more effectively, fostering personal and community connections. Our sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space for open expression.
