Great to meet you!

I am a Christian counselor and I offer a faith-based approach to healing. I believe marriages are worth saving and healing from self-destructive behaviors is possible. I offer a safe place of healing for survivors of sexual abuse and trauma and help couples work through rough patches and rekindle their love for one another. I am a licensed professional counselor and a U.S. Army Veteran. I have over 10 years of experience working with active-duty military service members and their families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a faith/grace-based approach to counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

After the first 1-2 sessions, we will begin to develop a relationship and establish a plan for moving forward. You can expect me (your counselor) to listen to you, be honest with you, protect your privacy, have your interest and wellbeing at heart, challenge you to do hard things, and help you find a solution that best meets the needs of your situation.
