Great to meet you!

Serving all of CA via telehealth as of May 2024, and one more sliding fee spot available. If a fee is a concern, I can help you identify your out of network benefits with insurance.

Hi there! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and in practice for over 10 years. I especially enjoy working with youth and young adults, I specialize in working with people with ADHD, phase of life issues, depression, anxiety, people caring for elders, and much more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic style, that works to match therapeutic interventions with the problem at hand. I seek to understand first, and suggest solutions in a collaborative manner. Sometimes, problems are rooted deep in core memories or events, and I walk with clients through those emotions, creating a safe place to process them. Recently, my staff told me, "you create a safe place to work, and that is worth it's weight in gold."

What you can expect from our first session

I tailor sessions to the goals brought in by you, and sometimes that goal is just understanding circumstances you find yourself in. You can expect to feel heard, understood, challenged, and valued when you leave a session with me.
