My name is Carraus Harden, I am a fully licensed LPC, I have been practicing as a therapist for the past 6 years. I am open to treating clients both in person and virtually whatever is more comfortable for you as the client.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Preferably for the benefit of the client my approach is tailored to your needs. During intervention I and the client will collaborate in finding solutions to address identified concerns. During sessions practices used are not limited to just CBT, DBT, and or motivational interviewing techniques and practices.

What you can expect from our first session

During sessions we will explore your concerns that brought you to therapy. As your therapist I can and will be both affirming, supportive and direct in my responses. I am here to work with you or to serve as an outlet for your mental health needs.
