I am a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults suffering from anxiety, depression, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and bipolar disorder.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, and support it with good research to help individuals, youth, and their families combat mental health disorders and live a healthier lifestyle.
