Great to meet you!

As your therapist, I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in social work, I have a solid educational foundation. My work with the active-duty military, specifically combat-related PTSD, has equipped me with a deep understanding of trauma's impact. I specialize in working with adults addressing concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. Together we'll explore evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs, fostering healing, growth, and well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a good listener and take my time finding where my client is today with the problem that has brought them to therapy. I create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of collaboration between myself and my clients in their journey toward healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from our first session

They feel like they have gained self-awareness, develop coping strategies, improve communication skills, and explore personal growth. Each client's experience is unique, but therapy often provides a safe space for self-reflection, emotional support, and guidance toward positive change. It is important to remember that therapy outcomes vary for each individual.
