Great to meet you!

Hi, I am glad you are here. Asking for support is an incredibly brave act of self-care.

My name is Candice Finn and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold a Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University. I work with adults looking to overcome the aftereffects of abuse, trauma, and neglect by building healthier relationships both with yourself and others,

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration and integrates trauma-informed, somatic, attachment-based, and existential perspectives. Together, we'll explore your experiences, fostering emotional well-being by leveraging strengths, addressing safety and past trauma, and delving into mind-body connections and existential themes.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you're struggling with symptoms of PTSD, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating relationship challenges/transitions, or experiencing the weight of depression, I am here to offer support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.
