“Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m Possible!” -Audrey Hepburn.
Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas Candace’s family moved to Georgia when she was in high school. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candace Williams has taken pride in being a good friend and listener. This motto has been implemented daily in her practice. She is a graduate of Clayton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services, and Northcentral University with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, or life transitions she wants you to know you are not alone. The main objective is to implement both an empathetic and nonjudgmental atmosphere. Candace uses systemic therapy as she doesn’t aim to treat a problem but the system underlying it. She has experience working with individual and family therapy, children, adolescents, as well as adults with various matters from behavioral problems to family issues.
Candace uses a variety of evidence-based treatment models to address the client’s obstacles. Lastly, Candace’s focal point is the three C’s of life; Choice, Chance, and Change. You must make the choice to take the chance if you want anything in life to change.
