Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD) with 7+ years of clinical experience. I have experience helping women cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, a history of domestic violence/ toxic relationships, ADHD, mood difficulties, chronic stress, perfectionism, being a high-achiever, being the primary household earner, high-stress career difficulties, people pleasing, and so much more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in helping women heal, grow, and thrive. I utilize a combination of holistic psychology, somatic psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), positive psychology, and many other healing modalities depending on what the presenting problems are and what the client feels most comfortable with.
