I am a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) working in the mental health field for 10+ years. I enjoy guiding my clients through their journey of learning to cope with stress, reframe negative self-talk, increase self-confidence, challenge intrusive thoughts, and change unhealthy behaviors.

The main goal for my clients is to be able to effectively implement healthy coping strategies when triggered, in order to increase overall happiness in their life. My experience as a therapist has included the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and stages of life including young adolescents, teenagers, and adults. I have also furthered my experience specialties to include CBT and DBT approaches to educate clients on healthier ways to cope with triggers in their daily life.

The main goals for my clients are to improve their overall quality of life, learn healthier coping skills, identify triggers, learn how to utilize the identified coping skills when triggered, process life stressors, and any type of traumas that may be contributing to their mental health. It is important to target the specific needs of the individual and develop a treatment plan with the client to address their mental health goals and treatment of symptoms.
