Great to meet you!

I have a background in both School Counseling and Clinical Counseling. I have experience working with a variety of people from young children to adults. I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, depression, parenting, women's issues, and Christian faith issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, while also utilizing other theories as needed. I believe it is important to address the person as a whole and empower clients to be who they were created to be. I hope to help clients through being engaging, compassionate, challenging when needed, and encouraging.

What you can expect from our first session

Learning and using practical skills is important and I teach, model, and use these with clients often. Through setting goals and working as a team, I work for and with my clients to make progress. I want clients to know they do not have to stay where they're at and there is hope!
