Great to meet you!

I have years of experience supporting clients in addressing and overcoming trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, family conflict, attachment-related issues, identity/role changes, and adjustment to life changes. Populations I specialize in include: young children, adult men, women, gender non-binary persons, individuals of color, and families. I have worked with a range of populations, varying in race, culture, socio-economic status, sex, and age.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach the therapeutic relationship with openness, empathy, and believe that everyone is capable of achieving emotional fulfillment. The environment I create for clients is based on the premise of authenticity and non-judgment. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities, such as psychodynamic, attachment, humanistic, and narrative therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

People are the experts of their lives and have the capability to examine, challenge, and change themselves. I want to use client’s expertise to have a collaborative approach in treatment.
