Hey folks! I am excited to meet you and look forward to working together. I specialize in Christian counseling, trauma and bringing humor into the therapy room. I enjoy providing a safe space for you to share anything that's been difficult to share before.

I enjoy working with Christian clients however, it's been a blessing to learn from different folks that aren't necessarily Christian. My goal is to be a safe place either way. I specialize in trauma given that we all seem to have some. My favorite tool is Accelerated Resolution Therapy, because it is the most effective, quick, and helpful.

Clients come to me and stay because they enjoy the fun we have, the safety to open up, and the actions they can take home from our sessions. I work well with highly motivated individuals who want to get things done and are ready to help them in anyway that I can.
