Great to meet you!

Since 2011, I have worked with women at all stages of pregnancy and motherhood, including those who have experienced infertility, pregnancy loss or complications, birth trauma, a NICU stay and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.

I am dedicated to providing support to parents and being a mom myself, I understand the joys and hardships!

I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and I have a BS in Psychology from Texas State University.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will provide you with authentic, compassionate, and open minded therapy and promise to collaborate with you and never shame you. I believe you are the expert on you and seek to empower you to find healing and strength in a way that works for you.

What you can expect from our first session

We will discuss your unique life experiences that have influenced who you are today. We will work together to identify potential wounds or fears from these experiences in order to mitigate symptoms of anxiety, depression, etc. We will identify unhelpful or negative thought patterns and learn how to change those thoughts and resulting behaviors or reactions that are bothersome.
