Great to meet you!

Feeling like you haven't been yourself lately? Constantly trying to figure out "what's wrong" and how to fix it can be lonely, so I'm glad you made it to my page! I am here to listen and support you on your way to figuring things out and feeling better. You may just need a safe and supportive space to sort things out and learn new healthier ways to cope. I help anxious and depressed women navigate relationships issues, life transitions, work stress, low self esteem, and feelings of overwhelm.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, meaning I prioritize your needs and goals in our sessions. I utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based approaches to help you gain insights, develop coping strategies, and create positive change.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to provide a non-judgmental space for you to share your story, feel understood and to improve your emotional well-being. Also, therapy does not always have to be serious and buttoned up. I like to include humor and creativity into my sessions to help build an authentic relationship. Email me if you are ready to start feeling more like yourself.
