I have experience providing individual and group counseling. I primarily work with adults who suffer from substance use disorder. Additionally, I have background in depression, anxiety, bipolar, and trauma. I am a member of American Counseling Association and have specialized training in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I pride myself on my ability to build relationships based off of mutual respect, compassion, and validation with each of my clients. I seek balancing between meeting the client where they are at while simultaneously guiding them further along their own way.
