Great to meet you!

Look at you! Congratulations on taking your first steps to heal, transform, and elevate. Do you often ask yourself “Why do I struggle to maintain friendships or intimate relationships?” or “Why do I lack the desire to maintain intimacy with others?” Exploring your attachment style can help you overcome the effects and impacts of childhood trauma. As your therapist, I will collaborate with you on exploring your attachment style to help you establish healthier relationships and healthier thinking.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an eclectic therapist that utilizes several evidenced based theories to best fit your needs. These include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Attachment Based Therapy. I have been known to have a warm and humorous approach in sessions while not being afraid to challenge my clients in areas that will bring on significant change in their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to leave sessions feeling empowered, knowledgeable of their triggers, and relieved that they finally feel understood. I also leave space for clients to rate my services so that I can be sure that I am meeting your goals and expectations in therapy.
