I use a traditional talk therapy approach, as well as other therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, and EMDR depending on the needs of the client. My approach allows us to work on healing old patterns that are creating problems today, allowing you to more fully live in the present.
