I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over ten years of experience counseling a wide range of individuals including those with severe and persistent mental illness. I have worked with all ages ranging from young children to older adults. I am personally rewarded when individuals in therapy progress as they work toward their own goals. I am an empathetic, empowering, and solution focused therapist that uses different modes of therapy depending on my client’s needs.

I believe in developing a therapeutic relationship with the client which includes a safe environment and firm boundaries. This welcoming environment allows clients to share and feel like the space is judgement free. I work closely with my clients to create a treatment plan that addresses goals of their choice. Some of the types of therapy that I can incorporate into treatment include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy as needed, Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma focused therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as needed. Additionally, I am able to incorporate both spiritual and religious beliefs into sessions as clients see fit.
