I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health and crisis work. I have worked in behavioral health, outpatient mental health and psychiatric services.

I have worked with all age groups: children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma, behavioral problems, parenting struggle, bullying, self-identity etc.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help promote and support change and success depending on the needs of the individual. Such approaches may include solution Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Together we will discuss your upbringing, inner child, past traumas and, work on your goals and monitor your progress. We will identify coping strategies, supports, and strengths. We will determine the tools you need to create a new path forward in your life and with loved ones.
