Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health professional (LMHC), I have a background in family focused evidence-based practices as well as clinical training/supervision. Additionally, my work extends beyond community-based services and extends into policy and procedures for strength-based communication and guidance.

Despite a dysfunctional childhood and diagnosis of ADHD, Tourette’s and OCD, A mantra: “these experiences are a part of you and not the sole purpose for you.” has been crucial to the work I do.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a person-centered clinician, I make it a point to ALWAYS take into account the person in front of me. The truth is, you are the expert of your life. This is true in every sense, not just mental health. In observing this I breakdown my approach with 3 major values which I like to call the AC&I - Authenticity, Candor, and Integrity. It is a combination of these values that I am looking at, paired with a person-centered lens that we can achieve your goals together.

What you can expect from our first session

I will not be talking at you, lecturing you, or requiring you to listen to the melodious sound of my voice for a long duration of time. Instead, I will be challenging you, providing supportive suggestions and allowing you to have a mirror into how you approach people, tasks and prospects.
